Justina Soller named Sales and Rental Manager


 

Justina Soller has been promoted to the role of Sales and Rental Manager, effective immediately. This is a combination of the Rentals Manager role she holds with the added oversight of sales at RMS Rentals.

Justina joined Road Machinery & Supplies Co. in 2021 as a Rental Manager, focusing on rentals on the RMS heavy side. Last year, all rental business at RMS and RMS Rentals came under her purview as Rental Manager and she began working at the RMS Rentals location in Savage. She will retain all responsibility she has had as Rentals Manager and will now serve as Sales Manager for RMS Rentals Territory Managers.

“Being located at RMS Rentals has really been positive for team building and collaboration between all the Rentals staff. I have worked closely with Territory Managers since I started at RMS, so there is a lot of familiarity there. My goal is to give the RMS Rentals Territory Managers the tools and support they need to support their customers and be trusted solutions providers,” said Soller.

The Sales Manager duties for RMS Rentals were previously held by General Manager-Rental TJ Burns, who recently added leadership responsibilities for US Shoring & Equipment Co. to his duties. 

“Justina has done a wonderful job of taking on responsibility and leading the Rental team every time we have given her more. She is great at both leading teams and working on a team, and those two skills make her well-equipped to take on the Sales Manager role as well,” said Burns.

RMS Rentals hosts Open House

    WATCH : RMS Rentals Open House Recap Video RMS Rentals hosted its annual Open House on Thursday, April 25, at its Savage location. Nearly 200 customers, vendors and employees came out for the event. This year, the open house featured 15 vendors, RMS Hydraulic Solutions, and a booth set up to showcase RMS' technology solutions and recruiting. The annual open house is a great opportunity for RMS Rentals staff and customers to get a chance to connect in a setting different from the job site and build a stronger relationship. "Everyone appreciates a low-pressure environment where there's no obligation.
