Larissa Indrebo promoted to Assistant Rentals Manager

Larissa Indrebo has been promoted to the new role of Assistant Rental Manager.
Larissa joined Road Machinery & Supplies Co. in 2006, and most recently has served
as the Inside Sales Manager at RMS Rentals. She will assume an expanded role,
continuing to support RMS Rentals while taking on additional responsibilities that
promote consistent operational rental processes for heavy equipment as well as US
Shoring.


“I’m very excited for this new role. I think this new position will give RMS the ability to
improve some of our internal processes that are crucial to fleet management. I can’t
wait to start working with the other RMS branches and customers to continue to grow
rental profitability across RMS,” said Larissa.


Larissa’s new role will allow our rental business the ability to handle more processes
like the check-in and check-out of equipment and damage and service claims.


“As the rental market continues its aggressive growth trajectory, RMS is continually
looking for new ways to support our customers and build the infrastructure to drive
innovation and growth. Creating this position is part of RMS’ commitment to the rental
business. We are excited to see the improvements that Larissa’s skills, abilities, and
experience bring to the team,” said General Rentals, Manager TJ Burns.


Machine rentals will be a priority for RMS as forecasts show customer habits moving
towards rentals to complete their projects in 2024. RMS has been anticipating this as
it has made investments into our rental business for the last couple years.

TJ Burns hired as new General Manager of RMS Rentals

  Road Machinery & Supplies Co. has hired TJ Burns as General Manager of RMS Rentals . Burns comes to RMS Rentals after more than six years at United Rentals. Burns was most recently the Branch Manager at United Rentals, overseeing a four-state market from his Des Moines, Iowa, location.   “I am very excited to be at RMS Rentals.
